Just wanted to let everyone know that Jim and Gail Baxter, PCS '65, Have organized a PCS Alumni Association. Anyone interested in signing up can go to www.potsdam.k12.ny.us and there is a link on that page. This hopefully will allow a data base and make it easier to find classmates at reunion time and to renew old friendships. Hope all are having a great year!!!

Potsdam High School 30 year Reunion - July 19th - 22nd 2007
Schedule of Activities :

  • 7/19 Thursday evening : Mixer
    Maxfields
    Informal get together for folks arriving early.
  • 7/20 Friday 1pm-5pm : Golf
    Potsdam Golf & Country Club
    We are all playing for fun! Laid back 9 holes including cart. Marginal golfers welcome! Emphasis on participation not scores! (We are working on a reduced rate)
    RSVP required
  • 7/20 Friday 5pm : Barbecue
    Potsdam Golf & Country Club
    Families welcome. All are encouraged. DJ/karaoke fun! Chicken, dogs, burgers, etc. Costs to be less than $15/adult. (less for children)

    7pm : “Teacher Roast/Recognition”
  • 7/20 Friday 9pm : Mixer
    Maxfields
    Drink specials, DJ, karaoke, etc.

    Tour led by current Principal, Greg Jadlos. The School has changed quite a bit. (New wings, etc.) Come reminisce…
  • 7/21 Saturday 12pm-4pm : Family Picnic
    Pine Street Park
    Volleyball, softball, Frisbee, etc. Bring your own food. Alcohol prohibited
  • 7/21 Saturday Evening 6pm : Dinner
    West Potsdam Fire Hall
    $20 per person.

  • 7/22 Sunday (Time and Place is TBD) : Brunch

Accomodations
Accommodations are extremely limited. Clarkson Inn is offering a discounted price of $109/nite. Make accommodations a priority.

Optional Lodging
Clarkson University is renting dorm rooms. Please see accommodations details below.

  1. Prices are: $27.50 per person / double occupancy; or $38.00 for a single
  2. They supply the linens
  3. They need two weeks notice
  4. Can have access to the dining room for an extra charge
